Role Overview

The Business Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Urapakkam. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, promoting the company’s financial products, and building long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.

What You Will Do

The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining product features, and supporting customers through the sales and service process. The Business Development Officer will collaborate with branch staff to meet business targets, maintain accurate records of leads and conversions, and ensure high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies.
