Role Overview

The Brand & Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the company’s marketing, brand, content, and digital strategy. This individual will serve as the steward of the company’s public image and will play an important role in strengthening brand awareness, generating qualified business opportunities, supporting recruiting efforts, and positioning the organization as a leader within its target markets.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will develop and maintain a comprehensive annual marketing strategy, research industry trends, present proactive marketing recommendations, protect and strengthen the company’s reputation, and ensure brand consistency across client touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content creation
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
