Financial Operations Advisor

The Finance Manager serves as a strategic and operational partner supporting the financial performance of Ross Heart Hospital (RHH) leading day-to-day financial operations, including month-end close, reconciliations, revenue and charge capture oversight, and maintenance of strong internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare finance or accounting experience
• Strong understanding of hospital finance, inpatient operations, and procedural cost structures
• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to translate financial data into operational insight
• Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Workday), and financial reporting systems (e.g., Strata)
