Role Overview

The Financial Operations Coordinator provides fiscal and procurement support for the College of Medicine (COM) Center for Clinical Research Management (CCRM). They coordinate all aspects of procurement, serve as the initial point of contact for procurement questions, and review and process invoices and payments.

What You Will Do

The Financial Operations Coordinator will coordinate and reallocate Clincards for study teams, work with purchasing and selected vendors to resolve procurement issues, and verify necessary backup documentation and appropriate approvals have been received for all supply and equipment expenditures.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, and certification or vocational training. They will also be able to utilize University HR, Financial, and Procurement systems to manage information and maintain fiscal records.
