Role Overview

The Financial Operations Advisor serves as a key financial partner to clinical, operational, and administrative leaders, supporting informed decision-making and driving financial performance across perioperative and surgical services.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will provide financial insights, monitor operational and financial performance, support business planning and capital investment decisions, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, manage costs, and enhance margins.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • six (6) years of experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial analysis, healthcare finance, or operational finance
