Director, Commercial Partnerships Lead – The Orchard

The Orchard is seeking a Director, Commercial Partnerships Lead to manage the company’s senior expert and strategic owner for YouTube & Social Platforms in the US, responsible for maximizing commercial outcomes and strategic alignment with partners.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in music industry commerce, digital distribution, or platform relations
• Deep understanding of the DSP YouTube & Socials ecosystem
• Financial literacy and ability to build or maintain streaming and financial reports
• External presence and relationship cultivation
• Commercial data interpretation and advanced proficiency in DSP data
• Leadership and mentorship experience
• Exceptional presentation skills and ability to advocate for artist needs
