Role Overview
As Sales Manager at Summerset’s Kelvin Grove village, you’ll lead the end-to-end sales experience for prospective residents and their families, achieving sales and settlement targets while ensuring every interaction reflects Summerset’s commitment to respect, transparency, and genuine care.
What You Will Do
Owning the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to settlement, delivering against sales and settlement targets, driving demand through proactive outreach, community engagement, and market awareness, managing CRM data, sales forecasts, and performance reporting.
