Role Overview

The Inside Sales Specialist will support the business in various capacities, working with partner funeral homes, assisting with inside sales, and owning front desk interactions at the Baton Rouge office. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict publication deadlines.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer service, clerical, administrative, or data-entry experience

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and accurately determine advertising charges
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
