Role Overview
The Customer Experience Coordinator promotes an excellent customer experience, oversees a team of Associates, and maintains a clean and organized store. They lead by example, engage with customers, and prioritize customer service. This role models outstanding customer service and promotes a culture of honesty and integrity.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include creating a positive internal and external customer experience, promoting loyalty programs, training and mentoring Associates, and addressing customer concerns. The Coordinator also ensures Associates execute tasks according to store plan, communicates with management and Associates, and provides progress updates.

You should have a strong understanding of merchandising techniques, be capable of multi-tasking, and have strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in retail and leadership is also required.
Requirements
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Able to train others
