Customer Experience Coordinator

Role Overview

The Customer Experience Coordinator promotes an excellent customer experience, oversees a team of Associates, and maintains a clean and organized store. They lead by example, engaging and interacting with customers, and model outstanding customer service. The role involves creating a positive internal and external customer experience, promoting a culture of honesty and integrity, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and policies.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include assigning registers, supporting and responding to POS coverage needs, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring Associates execute tasks according to store plan. The Coordinator also trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience, promotes credit and loyalty programs, and supports store shrink reduction goals.

You should have a strong understanding of merchandising techniques, be capable of training others, and have 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
