Role Overview

Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience, overseeing a team of Associates, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

What You Will Do

Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity, trains and coaches Associates, addresses customer concerns, and ensures a positive customer experience.

Strong understanding of merchandising techniques, capable of multi-tasking, strong communication and organizational skills, and able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Requirements

• 1 year retail experience
