Full-Time Customer Experience Lead

Role Overview

The Customer Experience Lead is responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience, overseeing a team of Associates, and maintaining a clean and organized store. They will engage and interact with all customers, promote a culture of honesty and integrity, and train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.

What You Will Do

The Customer Experience Lead will create a positive internal and external customer experience, promote credit and loyalty programs, support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs, and promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements

• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
• Able to train others
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
