Role Overview

Partner Marketing Manager to own the development and delivery of strategic marketing plans across a portfolio of TTC Tour Brands’ national and strategic partner accounts.

Own the development and delivery of annual and quarterly marketing plans for your assigned partner portfolio, aligning activity to commercial objectives and sales priorities.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience owning marketing plans or a portfolio of accounts and translating commercial objectives into measurable activity.
  • Experience managing meaningful marketing budgets, spend tracking and invoice management.
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign or partner performance and make recommendations based on ROI, revenue or conversion.
  • Experience leading complex, concurrent campaigns and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • People management or coaching experience, with the ability to delegate, prioritize and develop others.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong budget and data analysis capability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing briefs, recommendations and presentations.
  • Comfortable adopting and using AI-powered tools to improve marketing workflows, research, analysis, content development and productivity, with sound judgement.
