Assistant Director of Finance Operations

Role Overview

The Assistant Director of Finance Operations provides technical leadership and governance for the organization’s Workday Financial Management platform, serving as the primary finance decision-maker for system architecture, security design, and integration strategy.

What You Will Do

Serve as the functional and technical owner for Workday Financials, manage the integrity of financial structures, lead Workday release cycles, and drive enhancements to configuration and architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field of study from an accredited college or university.
• 8 or more years of experience supporting ERP or financial systems, with substantial time in ERP or financial systems roles.
• 8 or more years of experience in functional and technical expertise in Workday FIN, including business process configuration, security, and integration design.
• 8 or more years of experience in accounting operations and financial reporting.
• 8 or more years of experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Workday Sutdio, APIs) and enterprise system environments.
• 8 or more years of demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into durable technical solutions.
