The Events Manager will oversee the planning and execution of industry and alumni events for the Kay Bailey Hutchison Energy Center, including event planning, vendor coordination, budgeting, speaker and panelist support, and on-site event execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least five years of experience coordinating or administering programs, events, or related activities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience providing professional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
