Exec Director/Director, Corporate Strategy & Business Development

We are seeking a candidate with experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or private equity to drive long-term growth for The Walt Disney Company in the APAC region. The role requires strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex strategic projects and driving deals or strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or private equity
• Deep understanding of the media and content landscape in APAC
• Proven experience operating at a regional level across APAC markets
• Demonstrated ability to lead/scale a multi-functional Strategy/BD team to drive enterprise-level business outcomes
• MBA from a top-tier business school strongly preferred, with 8+ years of post-MBA experience
• Native/near-native fluency in English is required; professional working proficiency in Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is a plus
