This is a full-time, fixed-term contract until October, based in our London Hammersmith office, four days a week. You will lead strategic planning and execution for Food & Beverage, manage key licensee relationships, and identify new partners to drive category growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product development, merchandising, or commercial sales within food, beverage, or FMCG categories.
- Strong understanding of the consumer products industry, ideally with licensing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage commercial relationships, lead cross-functional collaboration, and deliver against financial targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Agile and proactive in identifying new opportunities and adapting to change.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong grasp of digital and retail marketing, with a creative and strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and influencing skills.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to local market dynamics across EMEA.
