The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and delivering APAC marketing materials, working closely with local market teams and external agencies, and supporting marketing localization workflows, including translation reviews and localized content coordination.
Requirements
- 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, content coordination, campaign management, or digital/social marketing within the entertainment, media, or related industry.
- Understanding of marketing requirements and local nuances across the APAC region.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative team player comfortable working across multiple teams and markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Airtable is a plus.
