Role Overview
As the Head of Marketing, you will own how Theator shows up in the market, turning product and engineering execution and outcomes with customers into momentum, demand, and qualified leads. You will own Theator’s pipeline engine, finding the right health systems and people inside them, getting their attention, and turning that attention into qualified meetings and opportunities for sales.
What You Will Do
You will build a marketing engine that runs itself, architecting marketing as a repeatable operation rather than a collection of one-off efforts. You will build AI-driven and automated workflows for research, enrichment, personalization, and lead routing, continuously testing offers, messages, channels, and sequences, and double down on what converts.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will own performance across the funnel, build and maintain our target account universe and ICP definition, using data to prioritize where we focus, with clear and measurable targets. You will identify and act on buying signals, craft distinct messaging for every stakeholder in the deal, and convert our traction with top health systems and partners into a working library of proof.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth, or startup marketing, with a track record of owning pipeline targets
- Proven ability to build pipeline from zero, ship fast, and generate demand without large budgets
- Deep AI fluency — you already use AI to dramatically accelerate your work, not as a nice-to-have
- Hands-on experience with account-based marketing, outbound campaigns, and data enrichment and automation tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong product intuition and the ability to deeply understand complex products
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with native level English writing
- A growth mindset, high ownership, and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong execution skills; you do not need a team to produce high quality output
