Marketing Lead

We’re hiring a Marketing Lead to own top of funnel and generate demand for Thera, a financial OS for modern SMBs. The role involves hands-on work with paid ads, events, product launches, and creative experiments to drive attention and create momentum.

Requirements

• 4 to 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally at fast-moving startups
• Hands-on operator who can run paid ads, write copy, and ship campaigns yourself
• Strong storyteller with a sharp instinct for brand voice
• Comfortable owning experiments end-to-end
