Project Manager – Desktop SEM

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will lead the development of advanced Desktop Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) products from concept through industrialization. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across Systems Engineering, Software, Mechanics, Electronics, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, and Service, taking ownership of projects from planning through successful delivery.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience in complex high-tech product development.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary technical projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in an engineering environment.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk management skills.
• Ability to understand and manage dependencies across mechanics, electronics, software, and manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with structured product development methodologies such as stage-gate, V-model, Agile, or similar.
• Ability to make decisions and drive progress in complex technical environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
