Sales Operations Analyst II

Role Overview

As a Sales Operations Analyst II, you will provide operational support for sales orders in Taiwan/SEA, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely order acceptance and revenue execution. You will also be responsible for data entry, document filing, and communicating with customers to ensure on-time shipment.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include providing book-to-install operational support, coordinating with sales, finance, and factory teams, and proactively following customer order status to communicate order confirmations and changes. You will also be responsible for timely and accurate data entry and document filing.
