Role Overview
As a Sr. Manager of Sales Operations, you’ll contribute to optimizing sales processes, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance commercial excellence and operational efficiency across the organization.

Requirements
- BS/Masters Degree plus 12 years of experience in sales operations, commercial excellence, or related business functions
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (especially Salesforce.com) and business intelligence tools
- Strong expertise in sales performance analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales incentive programs and compensation structures
- Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellence in data analysis, visualization, and presentation of insights to executive audiences
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively in a matrix organization
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies
- Ability to travel up to 2-3 times a year or as needed
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and business process governance
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience with change management and organizational development
- Ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels
- Knowledge of ERP systems and database tools
- Foreign language skills
