Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the AMELIORATE brand team and ESPA campaign team in leading and implementing exciting marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, engage our online community, and drive brand awareness and customer retention.
What You Will Do
You will support the brand and campaign teams with campaign briefing, planning, and implementation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, email) aligned with brand goals, stay updated on beauty trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies, and generate reports to measure the success of your campaigns and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Creative thinking and an eye for engaging written and visual content
- Confidence interpreting campaign results, website analytics, and KPIs to identify actionable improvements
- Collaborative working style, with clear communication across brand, marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams
- Highly versatile and adaptable, with the ability to work across brands, channels, and marketing activities
