Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will prospect for new sales opportunities, develop a pipeline, and close opportunities or may not execute renewal contracts. You will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and pass them to an appropriate resource. You will hit or exceed your monthly and annual targets and maintain consistently strong performance at 100% of your YTD goals.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include prospecting for new sales opportunities, developing a pipeline, and closing opportunities. You will also identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and pass them to an appropriate resource. You will log all activities and customer contacts in Salesforce in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, retention, credit, and collections
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
