What You Will Do
In this opportunity as Sales Operations Specialist, you will: Serve as a primary resource for sales consultants, account managers and sales management to understand content/product offerings, business policies, commissions, promotions, incentives and procedures for all pre-sale issues. Develop data /content and recommendations for all exceptions to presentation to the exception committee. Conducts monthly and ad-hoc operation reporting and analysis.

- Strong proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce and SAP
- Ability to analyze sales data and deliver meaningful insights, reports, and dashboards for the team and leadership
- Preference for candidates who are AI enthusiasts, with a keen interest in suggesting automation ideas and driving process improvements using AI
- Experience in Accounts Assignments will be highly advantageous
- Hands-on exposure to Agentic AI or LLM-based tooling (e.g., Claude, Copilot) for building automation—prior experience designing prompts, workflows, or lightweight tools that automate reporting, data lookups, or case handling is a strong plus
- Ability to translate a manual, repetitive Sales Ops process into an automation or agentic-AI solution requirement, working with technical/IT partners to scope and implement it
