Working closely with sales and marketing, this role will configure workflows to support their project initiatives with a passion around automating manual processes, integrating new tools, and improving workflow efficiency and performance.

This role is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of automated workflows. Working closely with sales and marketing, this role will configure workflows to support their project initiatives with a passion around automating manual processes, integrating new tools, and improving workflow efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and/or builds lead-to-sales funnel automation processes, sales workflows, and programs, and makes optimizations based on data to improve system uptime and performance.
  • Performs system health checks, troubleshoots errors, and connect new systems as needed. Automates these functions and aligns data models with current business needs.
  • Collaborates with internal clients to develop a closed-loop feedback process that provides insight into the effectiveness of processes on business objectives and present actionable recommendations.
  • Identifies conversation rate areas of improvement and implements new SaaS based tools to increase efficiency and capabilities for Thryv.
  • Stays up-to-date on industry best practices, potential platform upgrades, and scopes future use cases.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience), required.
  • 2+ years of related experience (including, experience using Middleware software (Tray.io, Workato, Zapier, etc.), required.
  • 5+ years of related experience, preferred.
  • Industry knowledge around automating processes to improve technical delivery and an understanding of the marketing lead lifecycle from lead-to-sale.
  • Strong data analytical skills with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative solutions with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to proactively seek out innovative solutions and make recommendations to bring new approaches to the organization.
  • Ability to collaborate across various departments simultaneously and balance multiple projects.
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
  • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
