Role Overview

The Manager, Launch and Growth Operations will lead a portfolio of strategic programs to accelerate the growth and scalability of Thumbtack’s partnerships business. The role requires a versatile operator who can set direction, lead complex execution, and deliver measurable outcomes. The team will work across the organization to turn high-potential opportunities into durable business capabilities.

What You Will Do

The Manager, Launch and Growth Operations will lead a portfolio of strategic programs, build and scale new business capabilities, own measurable business outcomes, lead complex programs end to end, shape strategy through analytical insight, strengthen the Partner Operations foundation, and lead a globally distributed team.
