Marketing Director

Role Overview

As Marketing Director, you will build brand equity, elevate brand visibility, and fuel brand desirability for Tiger of Sweden globally. You should possess a deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing, along with a proven track record of developing strategies and driving results for global fashion brands.

What You Will Do

Set the brand strategy, lead all marketing, PR and campaign work, and build a high-performing Marketing & PR team across locations. You will work closely with the CEO and the entire management team, and represent the brand externally to agencies, press, industry opinion leaders, fashion influencers and celebrities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing & PR
• Proven track record in developing strategies and driving results for global fashion brands
• Experience working for a global fashion brand, preferably in a premium or luxury environment
• Experience directing creative and art direction for a global fashion or lifestyle brand
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, sales channels, and the latest digital trends
• Experience managing external agencies and senior, high-profile stakeholders
• Proven people leader with the ability to build successful cross-functional partnerships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with full professional proficiency in English
• Strong eye for brand-consistent visual storytelling
• Highly organised, able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Creative, entrepreneurial and results-driven
• Culturally aware and highly engaged in the industry, current trends and events
