Role Overview

The Scaled Growth Agency Team is focused on helping small and medium-sized agencies and their clients unlock their full potential on TikTok. We partner with agencies to grow their businesses, expand advertiser investment, identify new opportunities, and build long-term success on the platform.

What You Will Do

Manage agency relationships, drive revenue growth, support new partner acquisition, develop commercial and product knowledge, use data to inform decisions, enable agency success, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage priorities and execution.

Requirements

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in sales, digital advertising, technology, media, or agency partnerships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in building client and partner relationships.
• Commercial curiosity and an interest in understanding how businesses grow through digital advertising.
• Comfortable working with data and using insights to identify opportunities and support recommendations.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to reach out to and engage potential new partners.
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.
