As a Business Partnership Manager, you’ll work with leading publishers to identify potential clients, create partnerships, and scale clients’ media activity on TikTok. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to your partners, connecting key stakeholders and driving collaboration to foster long-term client partnerships and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Search Arbitrage advertisers, affiliates, publishers, and lead-gen companies
  • Proven experience in Business Development in the Ad Tech industry
  • Strong background in performance marketing with hands-on experience in revenue share, CPA, and performance-based commercial models
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration and project leadership
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and align media execution with business objectives
