Requirements
- Proven experience working with Search Arbitrage advertisers, affiliates, publishers, and lead-gen companies
- Proven experience in Business Development in the Ad Tech industry
- Strong background in performance marketing with hands-on experience in revenue share, CPA, and performance-based commercial models
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration and project leadership
- Strong consultative mindset with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and align media execution with business objectives
