Role Overview
The Data Science team is a global, full-stack data team that plays an important role in empowering and driving the growth of TikTok Shop. As a Data Scientist, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a variety of teams within the commerce business, including product, operation, marketing, and other teams.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include data analysis of e-commerce operation strategy, designing monitoring systems, describing business situations, and providing valuable suggestions with reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mathematics, statistics, computer science or data science
- At least 4 years of working experience in data analysis and/or data science
- Proficient in SQL/Hive/Python or R and/or other relevant languages
- Solid technical & knowledge of A/B testing methodologies
- Insightful data sense and rigorous logical mindset
