The Head of News Publisher Partnerships, TikTok Operations is responsible for developing and executing best-in-class approaches to growing the News Publisher content ecosystem in line with business and product priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the media industry, digital partnerships, or content strategy, ideally with a focus on the News industry in the U.S.
- Deep understanding and proven track record of navigating the US and global news landscape with established relationships at major news organizations and with industry stakeholders.
- Experience building, managing, and leading high-performing teams, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
