Integrated Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of regional campaigns, events, and client engagements to support client acquisition, account expansion, and strategic client engagement. The role requires a commercially minded, hands-on marketer who can turn business priorities into locally resonant activations and demonstrate how marketing contributes to pipeline growth, revenue acceleration, and long-term client relationships.

What You Will Do

The role will involve leading regional campaigns, events, workshops, roundtables, sponsorships, client engagements, and bespoke marketing programs. The successful candidate will also manage concepts, budgets, timelines, production, invite strategies, content, client journeys, on-ground delivery, and post-event reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience activating marketing campaigns in Turkey or Turkish-speaking business environments
• Strong experience managing events, client experiences, supplier relationships, production partners, and agencies
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders
• Strong reporting skills, with experience measuring campaign effectiveness, ROI, and business impact
• Proficiency in Turkish to collaborate with regional partners and key stakeholders based in METAP markets, where Turkish is the primary working language
