Role Overview
The Operations Senior Financial Analyst – Procurement & Co-Manufacturing is a senior finance business partner and the analytical lead responsible for translating procurement, supplier, co-manufacturer, commodity, and manufacturing performance into clear financial insights and actions.
What You Will Do
Develops transparent variance and inflation analytics, evaluates supplier and co-manufacturer economics, strengthens controls and data quality, and partners across Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Accounting, Commercial Finance, Quality, and R&D to improve cost, service, quality, working capital, and margin outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience in operations finance, procurement finance, supply chain finance, FP&A, manufacturing finance, or cost accounting
- CPG, food manufacturing, or comparable high-volume manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience analyzing direct-material inflation, purchase price variance, commodities, supplier economics, sourcing decisions, and co-manufacturer performance
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts, setting analytical standards, and sharing best practices across cross-functional teams preferred
