GTM Systems Specialist

Role Overview

As a GTM Systems Specialist, you will be the systems owner for our quote-to-cash configuration in DealHub and Salesforce, inputting to the design direction, and technical build and administration. You will contribute to the platform roadmap, work with senior team members to translate business goals into a sequenced buildout plan, and make design calls to keep the configuration extensible.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning DealHub build-out, configuration, and day-to-day admin, contributing to the platform roadmap, supporting implementation partners, setting standards and governance, owning the wider GTM stack, and being the systems partner to the business.

Why It Might Be a Fit

To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in GTM systems, business systems analysis, revenue systems, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment, including ownership of a revenue-critical platform. You will also need hands-on DealHub administration experience, strong Salesforce administration fluency, and extensive knowledge of quote-to-cash.
