Partner Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will drive partner growth across our partner organization by developing and executing co-marketing programs, managing our Market Development Funds (MDF) program, and leading campaigns and events that generate measurable pipeline.

What You Will Do

You will own programs from strategy through execution, measure performance, and continuously optimize for impact. You will also build strong relationships with Alliance Managers and partner marketing teams to identify opportunities and execute joint initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of partner marketing experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise technology
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS, FinTech, financial services, or a related industry
• Experience working with ERP, accounting, finance, or financial operations solutions is a plus
• Proven ability to build and execute marketing programs that drive measurable business results
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, concise communication style
• Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring program ROI
• Highly collaborative with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners
• Experience building AI-powered workflows to multiply output across campaigns, content, research, and reporting
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an ownership mentality
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
