Role Overview
The Partner Marketing Manager will drive partner growth across the partner organization by developing and executing co-marketing programs with strategic partners. The role involves managing the Market Development Funds (MDF) program, leading campaigns and events that generate measurable pipeline, and building strong relationships with Alliance Managers and partner marketing teams.
What You Will Do
The Partner Marketing Manager will own programs from strategy through execution, measure performance, and continuously optimize for impact. This includes owning partner activation programs, building annual joint marketing plans with key partners, managing the MDF program, developing and executing integrated co-marketing campaigns, and leading joint webinars and partner events.

Requirements
- 5+ years of partner marketing experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise technology
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS, FinTech, financial services, or a related industry
- Experience working with ERP, accounting, finance, or financial operations solutions is a plus
- Proven ability to build and execute marketing programs that drive measurable business results
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring program ROI
- Highly collaborative with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience building AI-powered workflows to multiply output across campaigns, content, research, and reporting
