Sales Operations Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a temporary team member to provide Sales Operations support for approximately six months. Services will include order management, ERP transaction review, customer coordination, and related operational activities.

What You Will Do

Accurately enter and update orders and related information in inventory and distribution systems, work directly with customers and internal departments for order tracking and adjustments as needed.

Must be able to work independently and resolve or escalate issues as necessary, ability to work independently and proficiency with ERP systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, and customer service operations
• Hands-on proficiency in entering and maintaining sales orders in an ERP system (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar)
• Experience retrieving orders from customer or distributor portals and EDI platforms and reconciling them against ERP records
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high order volumes accurately against fixed shipping and documentation deadlines
