Manager, Campaign Operations

Role Overview

The Manager, Campaign Operations provides operational structure, quality control, and cross-functional coordination to deliver marketing campaigns reliably at scale across both Core and Olympics. This role ensures campaigns are properly set up, tested, tracked, monitored, and ready to launch, while creating clear processes for identifying and resolving issues before they affect performance or customer experience.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include coordinating campaign execution, launch readiness, data-flow monitoring, QA and testing, tracking governance, and campaign data quality. The role also involves executing hands-on Marketing Operations work across relevant campaign and customer-engagement platforms, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting campaigns, and coordinating platform requests and access requirements.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Success in this role will be measured by the reliability, consistency, and scalability of campaign execution, including increased percentage of campaigns meeting defined launch-readiness standards and launching on time, fewer preventable issues involving tracking, data flows, forms, lead routing, audience activation, or campaign configuration, and improved adherence to UTM, naming, tagging, and campaign governance standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, CRM operations, lifecycle marketing operations, digital marketing operations, or a related field
  • Experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns across email, CRM, paid media, web, landing pages, forms, or related digital experiences
  • Hands-on experience configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and operating campaign, CRM, marketing automation, or customer data platforms such as SFMC/Zeta, Salesforce, Data Cloud, UTM.io, or comparable tools
  • Strong understanding of campaign QA, testing, tracking governance, data flows, lead routing, lifecycle management, and launch-readiness practices
  • Experience managing campaign calendars, workback plans, dependencies, issue logs, and cross-functional deliverables
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify issues in complex campaign setups and customer journeys
  • Ability to investigate problems, coordinate resolution across teams, and communicate risks clearly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide concise, action-oriented status updates
  • Experience working with Marketing, Technology, Analytics, Sales, Creative, Content, and external agency partners

  • Health care
  • Retirement
  • Vacation and other paid time off
