Sales Operations Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Associate to support our Sales team with day-to-day coordination, reporting, and operational activities.

What You Will Do

Support the Sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, maintain and update sales reports, trackers, and CRM records, assist with sales data analysis, and prepare basic reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic data handling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Flexible to work in the US Eastern hours i.e. 5:00pm to 2:00am
• Previous internship experience in Sales, Operations, Business Development, or a similar function will be a plus
