Role Overview
TMP268 is a creatively strategic marketing agency looking for a Data Analyst to join their growing team in Bristol. The role involves working closely with the Data Lead to turn complex marketing and recruitment data into meaningful insights that make a difference. The Data Analyst will play an important role in supporting the Armed Forces Recruitment Service, helping to measure the effectiveness of marketing activity for the British Army, Royal Navy, and Royal Air Force.
What You Will Do
The Data Analyst will gather, combine, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple platforms and sources, producing regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations. They will work with tools such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, DV360, GA4, and Adobe Analytics, and use SQL to explore and interrogate datasets.

The Data Analyst will support campaign measurement, testing, and optimization, contribute to attribution and forecasting projects, and help the CX specialists understand and improve candidate journeys. They will also become a trusted source of performance insight, sharing findings and supporting collaborative decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience in a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Digital Analyst, or similar role
- Good understanding of digital marketing, media performance, and how analytics can support business objectives
- Experience working with SQL, building dashboards, and using visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Domo
- Familiarity with GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
