Associate, Sales Compensation Strategy and Operations

Role Overview

Support the Sales Compensation Strategy & Operations Manager in running and scaling compensation for the sales organization. Work closely with the Commissions and Territory teams to own opportunity credit adjustments, quarterly MBO consolidation and reporting, and process scalability and AI enablement.

What You Will Do

Manage opportunity credit adjustments, process recurring data loads, lead quarterly MBO consolidation and reporting, design and build AI-assisted workflows and automations, and support monthly attainment reporting and leadership-facing decks.
