Manager, Embedded Finance Operations

Role Overview

The Manager of Embedded Finance Operations will set up and lead a high-performing underwriting function from the ground up, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Risk partners in Bengaluru and with leadership in the US. This role sits at the center of how Toast uses automation, data, and AI to change how lending operations work.

What You Will Do

The day-to-day responsibilities include building the underwriting function, leading as a player-coach, hiring and growing the team, driving automation and AI transformation, making operations data-driven, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and leading through change.
