Role Overview
The Strategic Finance team provides analysis and recommendations that inform strategic and operational decisions across the company. The Senior Data Analyst will be the primary analytical partner to the Sales organization, digging into pipeline, bookings, rep productivity, and plan attainment to give Sales and Finance leaders a clear, trusted view of how the business is performing and why.
What You Will Do
The Senior Data Analyst will partner with Sales and Finance leaders, build and maintain pacing views, analyze why results vary between reps, support planning and target setting, size and measure sales incentives, analyze discount patterns, and develop scenario models and sensitivity analyses.

The Senior Data Analyst will own the leadership-level view of sales performance, present findings and recommendations to Director and VP-level stakeholders, and build trusted relationships with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, strategic finance, or sales analytics
- Strong SQL & statistical data modeling skills
- Proven track record building interactive dashboards in tools such as Hex, Looker, Tableau, or Sigma
- Experience with sales data and the metrics built on it
- Strong business modeling skills, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and ROI analysis
- Experience with data engineering and the ability to navigate new data sources
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- A detail-oriented, collaborative approach
