Business Development Coordinator – Strategy

Role Overview

Supports the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives across McLeod Health, working in alignment with enterprise and local strategic priorities.

Analyze market trends, develop business plans, support service line development, and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen market presence and advance organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in health system operations, analytics, project management, and/or business development
• Proven track record of follow-through and successful delivery of business development tactics and strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to utilize data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and support decision-making
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively with operational, financial, service line, and executive leadership
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to effectively prepare and present information to Senior Leadership
