Role Overview

A leading Irish investment-backed organisation is seeking an Senior FP&A Manager to join its high-calibre Dublin finance team. This is a rare opportunity to work across acquisitions, portfolio optimisation, financial performance and stakeholder management, while partnering directly with senior leadership on high-impact commercial initiatives.

What You Will Do

Lead portfolio performance analysis, forecasting, budgeting and scenario modelling across a diverse asset base. Provide clear financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will be an ACA Qualified Accountant with 6-8 years PQE, with a strong background in FP&A, commercial finance, portfolio analysis, business performance or a similar discipline.

• ACA Qualified Accountant
• 6-8 years PQE
• Strong background in FP&A, commercial finance, portfolio analysis, business performance or a similar discipline
• Proven experience working with complex financial models and assessing key commercial assumptions and outputs
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful business insights and recommendations
• Experience driving finance transformation, process improvements or reporting enhancements
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing finance teams
• Highly organised, commercially focused and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
