• Strong understanding of the Iberian regulatory and compliance landscape (GDPR, data protection, financial regulation).
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Highly analytical and data-driven.
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Based in Barcelona and willing to travel across Iberia.
