Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the tech industry, ideally within an MSP environment
• Background in account management, consultative sales, or roles involving client-facing responsibilities
• Technical understanding of IT solutions (Microsoft 365, networking, servers)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and organized, able to manage priorities and drive results
