Role Overview
The Martech Analyst is responsible for mapping digital customer journeys, owning systems and data flow, and partnering with engineering and platform teams to keep systems running smoothly.
What You Will Do
Map end-to-end digital customer journeys, translate journey findings into technical requirements, define customer personas, manage tag management implementation, and present journey architecture to stakeholders.
